Sarah Palin "Begs" AOC to Debate Her

(UnitedReader.com) – Sarah Palin (R) announced her candidacy for Alaska in the US House of Representatives on April 1. The former governor sat for an interview on April 4 with Jesse Watters on Fox News’s “Jesse Watters Primetime” to talk about her campaign. When Watters asked her what she thought it would be like to pass New York Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) in the halls of Congress, Palin said she would be polite but also would “beg” AOC to do a debate.

The former governor said she wants to go head-to-head with the representative on pressing topics including education, energy independence, capitalism, business, and national security. She said, “Oh gosh, I want to debate her.”

In her campaign announcement, Palin noted that she’s “watched the far-Left destroy the country.” She’s ready to fight back and stand up for the American people against the challenges they face with inflation. She wants to focus on energy security and be a leader who is against the big government stance of the Democrats.

While Palin seemed more than ready to talk about these critical issues with AOC, it isn’t likely to happen. Other lawmakers, and even Ben Shapiro, have tried to get the representative in a debate, but she always refuses.
