Piers Morgan To Take Cancel Culture Head On With New TV Show

(UnitedReader.com) – Piers Morgan, once a host on CNN and eventually ITV’s “Good Morning Britain,” became the victim of cancel culture after his criticism of Megan Markle. Morgan vanished from the TV industry for about a year. That was until he announced a new show, where he plans to “uncancel the cancelled.”

Morgan asserted he hopes that his new show, “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” will stand up for democracy. The TV host believes cancel culture has created a toxic environment for free speech. Morgan added he wants the show to serve as a platform for the voices cancel culture has attempted to silence, noting that no one should be vilified for simply stating their opinion.

Daily Mail reports the show is set to launch on April 25, when viewers from the United States will be able to see it on Fox Nation. The show will also air in the United Kingdom and Australia.

Morgan expressed how people need to stand up against cancel culture, claiming it could become extremely dangerous within the next few years. Sharon Osbourne, wife of famed music artist Ozzy Osbourne, is set to co-host a similar show called “The Talk,” where both sides will have some say. That show will be launching at 9 p.m. on the same day. It’s about time someone had enough of cancel culture.
